Albert M. DeFabritus, MD, FACP

Dr. DeFabritus is a Board-Certified Nephrologist and Internist. He also is an expert in Hypertension. He has 30 years of clinical experience in these areas of patient care. He has taught medical students, medical residents, and Nephrology fellows when he was an Attending Physician at St. Vincent’s Hospital and Medical Center for over thirty years. Dr. DeFabritus is now an Attending Physician at Beth Israel Hospital and Medical Center in New York.
His current Faculty Appointment is Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, New York Medical College.

Kathy Nicholson, Office Manager

Kathy is a certified medical assistant/phlebotomist since 2008. She is certified in CPR. She has spent over 15 years in the medical field starting as a secretary for a Cardiology practice at the age of 22. She has worked in many venues including the specialties of Infectious Disease, Cardiology, and Internal Medicine. Kathy performs administrative as well as clinical duties. She says “I am honest, trustworthy, and respectful, which all our patients look for when coming in to our office. I have a very strong work ethic, and also possess cultural awareness and sensitivity.” Kathy is bilingual in English and Spanish.
